Lee's ability to get in the details of a feature makes him a valuable resource when looking to understand the intricacies of a difficult solution. B. Watkins, 2/09.

Lee possesses a skill of insight that gives him the ability to identify a problem/need and then be able to develop a sound technical solution to eliminate the problem or meet the need. There are few people I have encountered in my career who have this ability. Special Bonus Award

In recognition of your outstanding work and your very positive approach to promoting ATL's interests, ATL is awarding you with a special bonus.

You joined ATL and the NIOSH Dose Reconstruction Project in November 2002 as it was in the start-up phase. You quickly learned the details of the project and have been very instrumental in making sure that the IT effort integrated into the overall project QA plan as well as individually developing routines and processes that are used in the IT group for monitoring quality and identifying problems. You have put together routines that check the data and produce output that reflect the quality of the data, and also point to potential problem areas. You have also put together documentation as required by the project QA and ensure that the Project is in compliance with those requirements. Vern McDougall/Jou Hwang, ATL 2003
